Inver Grove Brewing Co is the second brewpub established by our owners, Glen and Kate Bruestle and Don and Megan Seiler. With experience in the brewpub world, we set out to build a place that combines a full restaurant with an onsite brewery and a focus on bringing people together.

One thing that makes Inver Grove Brewing Co different is that we brew our beer onsite. Our locally brewed beer is available at our brewpub and in 750 mL crowlers to take home. We also offer a full bar and wine list, giving guests more ways to enjoy their time with us.
